Black and white photo. A snow covered mountain, Elephant Butte, with dark trees and rock peaking through the snow. Its peak is mirrored below by two dark tree covered hillsides intersecting at the bottom of the frame.

This peak is called Elephant Butte, and I do indeed love it. From a certain spot on Highway 20 in the North Cascades National Park you get this view: the angular peak of Elephant Butte above, mirrored by the angle below where the sides of the valley meet.

If you love it too, it could be yours! I’ve added it to the print store and it’s ready to ship. Christmas is around the corner, a little art would brighten someone’s holidays.
